The app is perfectly fine: easy to login; easy to scan QR code at kiosk; funds transferred to bank account immediately. The only problem with this system are the kiosks. Usually, one of the two outlets is out of order (last time I went both were). Sometimes the kiosk will reject eligible containers even when barcode is not damaged. On the odd occasion, the kiosk will reject an entire type of container from being accepted.

Terrible. An absolute terrible way of doing things. TAMRA, however, has got it right. Switch to TAMRA and stop wasting time with Visa. TAMRA is by far more professional. I will go to Tamra operated hubs even if it's further away. I have tried Visa on the South side of the Yarra, and it has only given me problems. My last transaction with Visa took 8 days to see any kind of REFUND. Don't waste your time with Visa. TAMRA runs the CDS scheme 1000 times better. Tamra is professionally INSTANT.

Payment is quick, but the rest is bad news. If you don't use the app for a while it is difficult to remember the name to find it in a hurry. Why does it log me out? Password expires for no reason, 7 days! If someone wants to use my account and give me money, let them.

The main problem I've encountered is the verification code. You switch apps to look at email to get code and when you re-enter app the login refreshes, and then you require new code.
