1) Only good thing about Cettire is the discount price. 2) Poor customer service, no exchange only return. But their prices change every day. Therefore you might buy the product more expensive even if you are repurchasing due to a defect. 3) Only offer customer service via email. Not reliable, and attitude is also rude. 4) App crashes a lot unreliable as well. 5) Packaging also poor - some of them don't even come with the brand's dust bag. 6) Is not thorough with quality check when sending the item.

Stay away for these pple, they do not take returns. I recently purchased a shoe and when I received it, it was too small. I literally just measured the shoe. The mistake I made was not taking pictures of the shoes when I received them, I guess its bc I thought I was dealing with honest pple. I return the shoe n they said the shoes had some marks, I DID NOT WEAR THOSE SHOES. They were either sent originally like that or they did whatever they needed to do to make sure they don't refund my money.
