The bank service are really good, but I feel lost in the app

In terms of functions, the app is good, you can do pretty most of the banking operations. In terms of performance, it's the worst app I've ever seen. Very slow, you need to wait 3s after every click, and for some functions you need to wait more than that. This makes the experience horrible, and usually you get angry and quit the app without doing what you want. P.S. "Your session has expired" not "Your session has been expired". This mistake is there since I started using the app 2 years ago.

Very good banking services but as young person I want to be 100% digital, the app is very poor, you need to invest in better native app with modern Ux. As Cfg is trying to be a unique bank in Morocco, I would love to see the banking app in that level as well, one suggestion from me (humble experience in mobile development) is to get inspired from Revolut app.
