It has a lot of various categories, many options to select background sounds or not. What I disliked most was on guided meditations. You have the option of adding forest or ocean sounds, OM chants. EVERY guided meditation I tried had very loud background music which I could not turn off or adjust the volume, so loud I couldn't focus on the words.

Been a premium user for years. Last few months this app has become stressful instead of relaxing. Absolutely NOTHING stays on more than a few minutes! I've uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times. FIX THE APP PLEASE!!

I just paid for premium use of this app and three minutes into any meditation, regardless if I set it to 60 minutes, the meditation stops!!!! It's so frustrating. The bells and bowls keep going, but not the meditation portion. Please fix this, or simply refund my money.
