Great app in the Australian EV space, however it has the potential to be better. Charge fox can see vehicle SOC and session times from their end, they could use this information to estimate how long a charger will be in use and display it in the UI or simply show the current charging vehicles SOC, so we can estimate the wait and schedule our trip to charging stops accordingly. Also, please, for the love of god drop Tritium chargers, any other brand is better.

Took some time for initial registration and first charge but the app has full features i.e. map showing nearby charging stations, active/working stations shown in orange, available charger types and progress with charging. Loved it.

The number of chargers in Gold Coast has dropped significantly over the last 5 months. Some chargers are no longer shown on the app at all while others are faulty: Ne rang, HOTA and Broad water are not shown. Impala only output 25KW instead of 75. Kurosawa SLSC and Coolangatta SLSC are currently offline. Carrera, Helensvale and Miami may show ok on the app but are often faulty when you get there.

Usually very happy with charge fox but for the last 3 months the gold coast chargers in my area are all faulty or becoming non-existent Hota bundall, Kurosawa, broad water parkland
