Mostly wonderful experience with all the employees. I'm happy with Chas, except for the dentist, it's a butcher shop no one cares about your teeth, all they say is pull them all and that's ridiculous, my teeth are fine.

Pretty useless app. For most info you look for in the app it just opens the CHAS website and makes you log in again in a browser. What's the point of having an app if all it does is take you to the website?

App works great but will NEVER be a patient at Chas again. After making a complaint PCP Kistner about him being unable to CORRECTLY submit the requested info. For a prior authorization to my insurance after two months of it being denied over and over for lack of providing documents and signatures etc. (the info. Needed was identical to the one he had to fill out previously) my PCP cut me off my meds twice & altered ua to retaliate and then lied to surgeon causing bias and lack of care.
