Honestly, they are constantly improving, constantly willing to assist and really been practically problem-free since the beginning. It is a bit annoying that, if an order is canceled or items are missing, you get credited to a "wallet" instead of the money directly refunded to your account. That would be a great additional convenience in the future. Other than that, an excellent way to get groceries when you don't want to leave the house.

Very Bad. Ordered flowers 7:30am in the morning for delivery 6pm. Was to 5:55pm order was cancelled and couldn't be filled. Pathetic from checkers and very disappointing.

I ordered early. Gave delivery time at 14:00 to 15:00. Then changed delivery time to now, which was at 12:00. Now they indicate the ETA is 14:37!!! This is unfair.

I’ve had multiple issues with Checkers Sixty60 where items I order show as available but are suddenly out of stock when it’s time for delivery. Today, I ordered a discounted bundle, but only one item was in stock. Instead of honoring the discount or notifying me beforehand, I was charged the full price and only received a refund after payment. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and it’s extremely frustrating. Checkers should improve stock accuracy and ensure customers aren’t overcharge
