Needs clearer or really any instructions to get started. Frustrating to fumble around when starting; especially when system messages are cryptic and should bring you to the arbor menu mentioned, but don't like "activate equipment"?

This game is bs I try to get the resources that I need to make get stronger but I'm being put against people that's like A 5 or more × times stronger than me and can out pull my monsters on gathering resources and when resources do rise It's very rare that I can get to ot before others do who are way stronger can get it faster than I am and the arena I'm being put against people that's 5 to a 10 × stronger I need to be put against people that's around my power this game is unfair to beginners.
