They don't advertise this app on the Cheyenne Transit Bus Service and none of the drivers I've asked can describe this application or uses it. CTP needs to step their app game UP, and train their staff on this app ASAP. They use Ride Systems which isn't working for "Curb To Curb" June 2022 currently.

Not bad at all. However, it would be nice if you could pay with debit or credit on the app, so you don't have to worry about frantically looking for cash. Or have some way to have monthly or yearly subscription for a digital scannable bus pass. It would be very convenient just show the pass, the driver scans it and there you go. If such changes are added to the next update I will be glad to use the app more often.

Most unreliable service ever! There's never any buses ready, and the entire system will just shut down randomly, it says it closes at six pm (horrible time) and will without warning go down at two in the afternoon, canceling any scheduled bus route

Was cool when it was free. But the price went to $1.50. Also scheduling a ride has an hour window. Not good if yr going or leaving work. I had made plans to schedule a ride at 7am. But had to run down two blocks because it had shown up at 6:30. And if yr late to many times like this it's a week of ride refusal. Not fun if it's my only way of getting baroumd town for work.
