It's same here I uninstall my first one cbc online banking app thought that it will work after then it will go to pop that need to register my device since this was the only one that I am using and now the one-time activation password won't send on my email. It doesn't work. I guess I'll withdraw my savings and transfer to other bank to which banking online checking is easy and faster to access.

This has been popping up when I log in my account. "This device is currently not listed as one of your registered devices. Please remove one of your registered devices in order to register this device" already email the issue. Waiting for reply.

Poor service I cannot access my account using this app . it is always prompts when I log in and says my user ID and/or password is incorrect. Though I can log in using online and browsing my account is fine.
