Wanted to withdraw my money, but the app doesn't seem to work? I just get a screen that says: Oops! Looks like something went wrong. Tap on reload to try again. Tapped on the Reload page button, but it just keeps showing the same page. Tried restarting my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Got to the login screen, but before I can log in, the screen refreshes to show the message asking me to reload the page.

SMS opt does not arrive into my phone. Then when I back out of the sign-up page, and click on sign up again, it says I already have an existing account. When prompted to log in, the SMS otp again does not come

Have been WAITING 2 Nov for a manager to call me regarding daily interest credited! Instead of manually checking daily interest, CS simply replied that company uses accumulated interest formula which is inaccurate. If Chocolate is really giving accumulated interest, the daily interest should be > over the days & mths. But, the daily interest is lesser than even simple interest. Before 1 Nov 2024, daily interest given tallied with interest I calculated manually using simple interest formula.

13 working days and haven't received the card. Took 10 working days to withdraw my funds. Interest was -$0.01. This is too slow and doesn't inspire trust especially with a new establishment.
