People criticize the english version, why tho ? it’s not like you need to
use the app every day, even if the english is not 100% perfect it still good
enough, and if your chinese was so great anyway so that you can read the
app in chinese, then your phone would be in chinese too but since it’s not
the case, shut up and be happy to have an english version.

Unexpectedly good for a Taiwanese app. English option is there, and English quality is good too. Though app directs to the website for top up, the process is seamless.

Can't log in to the app. Keep getting an error. App is English, but the error is in Chinese, so I have no idea what it is. Rebooted phone, uninstalled/reinstalled app, turned off data for a few minutes, but no use. I still can't log in to the app.
