Was very concerned about not attending church during the covid period, however with the Church Abroad app I can live stream the service from my local congregation. The services are really enjoyable, fantastic church hymns, Bible readings, and it's beautifully delivered. I have not yet encountered any difficulties with the app. It was very easy to create an account and get in contact with my local priest (the contact details of members of the congregation are listed in the app).

Easy to make a quick donation. I was keen to give back to the Church of Sweden Abroad because of all the support they have given me over the years I have been abroad. Their new Church Abroad app makes it easy to donate, it's quick to do, took me less than 2 min (I was diverted onto PayPal). I am considering becoming a regular donor (there is an option to give a monthly donation) however, this depends on whether I start going to the church services in person again. Really fantastic app - well do

I wanted to keep in contact with the Swedish church community over lockdown & it was really hard because I didn't have the contact details of the majority of my local congregation. I didn't want to go back to church after the end of lockdown and find that familiar faces were no longer familiar, so when I saw that the Church of Sweden abroad had created a new church abroad app I was so happy! The actual app is really easy to navigate (so you can find your local congregation quickly). Great app!
