But sometimes, I need to delete all my auto save settings and make new because sometimes the account number wasn't matched. I looked for that account number, but it's not there.... And there is unsuccessful auto save, I think because the system still doing auto save even if I have already canceled the said account. Just want to let you know CIMB staff.... Very much appreciated your beautiful app🌹

I cannot receive an OTP when I want to change my username because I forgot. I've tried a lot of times still no message for an OTP.

Because of that OTP problem. I can't access my account. I told them I forgot my password. And in order to change it I need OTP. These IDIOTS SENT ME A GUIDE ON HOW To freak CHANGE MY PASSWORD. I KNOW HOW TO CHANGE MY PASSWORD. I NEED YOU TO FIX THAT OTP PROBLEM SO I CAN CHANGE IT. AND NO I CAN'T ACCESS IT THROUGH GCASH BECAUSE GUESS WHAT, I NEED AN OTP TO WITHDRAW MONEY FROM THIS APP TO GCASH. I CAN'T USE THE LINK OPTION IN THE APP BECAUSE I NEED THE OTP. THAT STUPID OTP!

I already uninstalled this app . I am not satisfied with this app. It is much better to download sea bank app. Its have almost 80 days count down before you can have personal loan once you are rejected from first attempt. Sea bank app is more reliable app than this . I suggest for you to download sea bank app . Not this one

I'm so disappointed about this digital bank because every time I tried to open my account they say incorrect password or surename then I'll try to forget pass and surename they say the number I using is not the same WHAT ThE I have one number on my phone my god this digital bank is not recommended 101% if we have 0 I gave 0 star for this.
