It's always a big help in planing a trip to the theater. I can get tickets for the seats I like and pre-ordering food is exceptionally nice.

Can't buy tickets. It always has an error message since the new update. Also, always says wrong zip code, which I don't underrated since I know my zip code. This app sucks now, and it's not worth downloading it at this time

After signing into this new app from the old one, I can't view my previous ticket purchases or my future ticket purchases. I go to "transaction history" but I don't see anywhere where I can view my tickets for any future movies I've already purchased

When the app works, it's a decent experience. It's fairly easy to purchase tickets, and ordering food is hit or miss (sometimes the app will just error out during the payment process). When the app doesn't work, it just won't open - at all. Side Note: Cinergy Cinemas needs more food options during the week. I can't get a burger on a Thursday night???
