Really simple and efficient way to be treated for non-urgent/non-emergency medical care. The Providers are all licensed and experienced and work seamlessly with scheduling/ rescheduling. Providers are knowledgeable and very helpful. There is a 24-hour chat service which I used several times, and it was fairly easy to get help when needed. Note, this is not a replacement for a primary care physician so make sure you still see one in-person for annual wellness exams.

I had a great experience with Dr. Chereddy during my ADHD appointment. She was incredibly attentive and understanding, taking the time to listen to my concerns and address my medical needs with care. I truly appreciated her professionalism and compassionate approach. The convenience of a Zoom appointment on a Sunday was also a huge plus, making it easy to access quality care without disrupting my schedule. I highly recommend Dr. Chereddy and One Medical for their excellent service!

Love my doctor and appointments are easy. My biggest issue is when you need help with something you can't reach your doctor directly. I have sent messages to the patient care advocates and will not hear back from anyone for days on end. Once you reach someone they send a message to the provider which take 1–3 days. It can be extremely frustrating especially if you need help with a prescription
