★★☆☆☆ Horrible App, paired with even the worst customer service. Absolute Scam, this app should be illegal e they should be taken to court. Following their application and my site location, I was prompted to use the Circuit Laundry Plus app, however that didn't work, and I was told that I should use Circuit GO app instead. I had already topped up £40 and when I asked for the money to ve transferred they told me to create a new account and use a coupon under SETTINGS, but there is no COUPON option there!!!

★★☆☆☆ This is the worst possible app you can make. Without any notification, they closed the old app without transferring the balance. When I asked for a refund, they said I have to pay a 2 pound admin fee. I now have to transfer to this app. Things get worse, they give a coupon, which I cannot use unless I am near any machines. And their support service is even worse.
