I have used it once upon exiting the Manchester AO Arena car park after an evening event, paying the standard £10 event fee. The problems were: 1. The app response times were generally extremely slow, with a good 5G O2 connection on the roof of the car park, and it timed out once while attempting to use Google Pay. It succeeded eventually 2. The ANPR on the exit barrier did not detect that I had paid, and I had to hand my ticket to the guy for him to scan me out, which worked

Downloaded app but only have white screen when it opens. Rang help line, and they are ringing me back, so I can pay for parking over the phone, tomorrow! I'm now going to have to leave without paying and wait for a phone call. Meanwhile, I was told I will be logged on the system as a non payer! This has wasted a lot of my time sitting in the car park trying to sort this out.
