I've been using this app for three years now and haven't had any issues with it or the service provided. I've been able to book in advance taxis for 3am airport trips with no issues. The taxis usually arrive within the ETA display and payment has been smooth either through the app or with card or cash at end of trip.

Don't use...complete scam.you book a journey for a set price, the taxis driver accepts the job then bills you another 30% as they run off the meter....use bolt instead whilst you are in Edinburgh.

This is the worst experience that I have with cabs. The, first time that I used th app I couldn't find out when does my taxi is actually coming. And later on same night my cab picked up someone else, and I wasn't sure what happened, I was waiting for a cab for 20 min, and I couldn't cancel because they are charging for cancelling, and I really wanted my taxi to pick me up. After 20 min, I got another taxi, after calling the office, and it was for wrong address. I'll deactivate my account forever
