Paid through the app, they took 2 payments off me for 2 taxis and wouldn't refund me for the taxi I didn't want or need! Disgusting customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. They also constantly overcharge. Do not use.

The firm doesn't stick by the prices that come up on the booking. Taxi drivers always ask for higher fare, claiming that the app doesn't give the right price.

Don't bother pre-booking for work ! 20 minutes late and excuses. No driver assigned for my booking and pre-paid so couldn't cancel!
