Booked a taxi 14+hrs in advance for a school/work drop off, stood watching as a driver accepted the booking, 2 minutes later they cancelled it, same exact thing happened again 10 minutes AFTER the booking time, so I had 2 drivers pick up and cancel my job that I'd pre-booked on this "priority" app. Absolute joke of customer service.

Can't book any taxi using card. Confirm booking button never works. Uninstalled app and still doesn't work

Do not use this app, tried using it first time today, did not connect to any drivers but ended up being charged for the journey I never made along with charge for using credit card. Never using city taxis again
