Worst app and worst service, they are scammers, please don't book any flight tickets through this agency, they loot money

The company is a fraud company. I booked my flight with them, the airline had to cancel the flight. They won't rearrange the date nor pay my money back. Airline can't do anything as I dealt with the agency who held onto the money. Avoid this company at all cost, they will take your money and won't provide the service expected of them.

SCAM ALERT - If and when a flight gets canceled the airline will refund the money to City. Travel but you will never see any of that money again. If you have to cancel a flight for political reasons or what ever all that City. Travel will say is that the airline will refund to you...that's not how it works in reality tho. The agreement that I as a customer has it with City. Travel and not the airlines and therefore City. Travel is responsible for refunds. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE, IT'S A SCAM!
