5*- I wanted to bring to your attention a concern shared by many users, particularly those of us who travel to the office only one or two days a week. Currently, the flex pass system does not accommodate booking for just one or two days weekly, nor does it allow for the option to reserve alternative days in advance on a monthly basis. As it stands, we are required to book two or three consecutive days within the flex pass. I request that you consider enhancing the system to allow flexibility.

I doubt if your bus service, runs mostly with empty seats, without onboarding the passengers leaving them behind. Rushed away from pickup just like that without even noticing. Tried to reschedule but it got expired immediately. At least do you guys even know if a particular person booked a seat will be picked at a "particular pickup location"? Or you guys at least have a list of pickup locations for each route?? No loss for you guys. It's a loss for us. Worst service ever. Refund my money asap.

You disappointed us, today I found that Stancher route timings have been changed due to low occupancy for last few weeks, you just removed the 8.20 service and starting of the service is 9.30, u may regret that. Seems u don't know the pulse of passengers and don't know about festival season in January, half of the Hyderabad is empty during this period, people start going to office from this week. Without knowing this u changed timings and credibility also, we may never consider city as our

Service was good. Until recently they started charging extra for windows seats on the top of monthly pass.200 rs per ride and plus 30 rs per seat is irrational.
