QR Code scanning is awesome. Really makes App worthwhile and super easy now. Tickets bought from website didn't display QR code correctly on my samsung phone. Now with this App change all is good 👍 Thank You. PS not 5 stars because App can still be a bit glitch, sorry.

App doesn't allow ticket purchases or sign out because it says "no internet connection" and then doesn't work. It doesn't even allow you to search the bus times!

What is the point of buying tickets through the app if you need to wait for an e-ticket to your e-mail, then import this manually into the app? Other than that it works, but it's a ridiculous system. Just as well buying on the website and presenting the e-ticket to the bus driver.

I wanted to get tickets for a same day return, but apparently you can't do that. There is no warning and the app automatically had the return be on the next day. There is no opportunity to review your order, so I didn't see that it had moved my return to the next day until I received the tickets. I tried to amend (twice!) The app let me select the day I wanted, but when I paid for it, nothing changed. It was still the wrong day. A simple popup would have saved me so much

Very dysfunctional app. Glitches most of the time, a 2-minute task ends up being a 20-minute one 💀.
