Lately the service has become so bad, they don't follow order timings, they ruin Massimo Tutti jacket that worth more than 1000 sr, I didn't even have an apology call from their customer service. Many times I received the laundry unclean and I have to clean it again myself or send it washed for ironing. They don't read washing instructions♀️

Not recommended, tried them twice, delay in pickup and delivery and mistakes on invoice. Customer service are helpful and reply quickly, but it is not reasonable to contact customer service several times for every order. By the way customer service don't reply to the mobile number mentioned, they reply to the in-app chat. Will not use their services anymore.

Had really bad experience with this cleaning service. I had booked to clean my carpet. Then one of their people came and took my carpet, I asked the person again why he is taking, isn't it cleaned from home? He said no, they have to take it. Then, next day onwards, someone started msgng me that I have to re-select the option, and I have to opt for pickup. Pick up charge extra. Then, after many days, I got it back after complaining everywhere, and it wasn't cleaned! Took 138 sr without cleaning!!
