I had given a Kurt to indira nagar 100 feet road branches on 13.02.2021. I was informed to pick up the garment on 16.02.2021. I went to the shop on 16.02.2021 to my dismay ...they started searching the garment and at last found it lying among other dirty clothes.the person at the counter informed me that, the person who irons the cloth didn't come today so come tomorrow. Such a useless excuse ... I got the garment on 17.02.2021 and the stains are not removed .I wasted Rs. 356.00 🤣

Pathetic Service! No commitments met. There was only a dirt stain on clothes. When I went to take delivery, the executive refused to even show the clothes or confirm whether stain is removed. He specifically demanded money before confirming. When I insisted on checking the clothes, he arrogantly refused to show me. When I protested, he started arguing and said "I will see to it". Is it the company's culture to threaten the customer?

Unfit to be called a professional service. My husband's and my expensive silk Kurtis came back in a very bad shape. I will never recommend Lenovo World to any friend or family.
