Won't load at all Like others, I cannot get into the app. It worked fine a couple of weeks ago, but now I can't do anything. When it first started acting up, it would show me the "quick view" and then after loading for a while would take me to where I could log but wouldn't actually move past the username page. As of today, after uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it just shows me a black screen as soon as I open the app and doesn't move past it no matter how long I wait.

Excellent bank, I would not change banks at all. Clearwater Credit Union is the best bank ever. Nice, friendly, customer service, & always eager to help as much as possible!!!

While the app may not be snazzy. I have banked with this company for over 30 years. I have trust in them to handle problems issues that come up. This is why I rate it high. I do recommend them for banking.

Poorly-designed UI, app crashes repeated, and mobile deposit only works 50% of the time for me. I use Clearwater as a backup bank to my Simple account. With Simple account I'm looking for a new primary bank. I would never consider using or recommending Clearwater until their App is sufficient to the task, and they're decades behind what I expect.

I cant use the app anymore. It says I need to update my android. My phone is up-to-date. This is the only app I have trouble with.
