A great app once set up. Easy to use and fast to access.

Mainly very good. It needs to be restarted every few hours, or it stops working, and I can't yet make it work with Google Assistant, but I think this feature is still in development. The click smart hardware is excellent - the light switches look normal, and it's much cheaper than the other systems we looked at. It works very well, can be added without rewiring the house and can be added to bit by bit. We're really pleased with it.

Awful app. Definitely not user-friendly, overly convulated repeated actions required to enable each light in the house and room to be added. Whole process could be streamlined. Validation of account via 'CLOUD' has been impossible, and the whole thing is a disaster really. It does work once set up, but as I still can't get my Validation of account I can't create this skill on my alexa. Had I known it was going to be this much of a faff I'd have just bought Phillips bulbs & add to the HUE app?
