The application is great for grabbing quickly a cab Cluj. Nonetheless, it has room for improvement regarding address/GPS accuracy. Some advantages of the application include (i) the possibility of scheduling a pickup, (ii) enter destinations prior to taxi request, (iii) add credit card to be billed upon, so no cash required.

It seems drivers hate to use it. One driver claimed the app did not charge me enough, and she demanded cash on top. Other driver told me he refuses to take me because I chose to pay through the app, and he will be paid only few months later. He agreed to take me if he cancelled the order on the app and asked me to pay by card. But the app also charged me a small amount for the cancellation. Very unpleasant experience

Initial confirmation code doesn't arrive at the phone for device bundling.

A lot of errors in the app. My address number cannot be saved correctly as it is saved with an "A" in the end. When a driver cancels the order, I am not notified. Too bad, as the idea was nice

Driver tells me he can't make it as he's stuck in traffic. He says he doesn't have an option to cancel in his app. I have to cancel and still get charged 5 RON for it. Next time, if I'll ever use this crApp again, I'll just leave the order on forever. You deal with it.
