Better than Nursa but they need to fix the text message timing for the urgent shifts. By the time you get the text the shift is gone. There aren't as many shifts as there used to be. The pay is usually better than Nursa, but it depends on the facility. If only they could help with the low pay that CNAs are making 😏 Or maybe we shouldn't be accepting positions less than $25/hr😉 Better pay than working in an actual facility though. I think we all need to quit the facilities and go to agency.

Don't waste your time and energy on this app. Been using it a couple of years now, I have two facilities that put me on their DNR list. One for being a male In an area that requires female cares only, 2 for calling out a nurse for negligence and withholding a patients medications. I have more facilities that favor me than I do DNR. I get an email stating my account is restricted. Haven't picked up a shift since the beginning of November. This app was great, now it's not worth the headache.

They have no clue how nursing licenses work. I'm a RN, but they won't allow me to see LPN shifts ! 99% of the long term care facility are for LPNs only ! How don't my degree trump a certification ? Consumer service reached out and was still no help
