★★★★★ I finally managed to convert my physical clipper card into the digital one via this app, which also shows my balance and such.

★★☆☆☆ Had Customer Service just said "Sign Out" and sign back in... IN OCTOBER, this app would probably have more than two stars. The app shows all my cards (2 physical, 1 on-phone) as blocked, yet they all still worked. App showed NO activity. None. Yet I use a physical card nearly every day. Sign out, sign back in. Customer Service won't tell you that. Problem solved.

★★☆☆☆ The features of this app are about 90% nonfunctional. Almost nothing works. Can't even track your travels or card balance. And the State gave this inept private entity (Clipper) a monopoly on public transit payments?
