We have been going to CMX at Countryside for years. They have always been kind and helpful with their app and other situations that have popped up.

This used to be a great app until they started working on the rewards and passport features over two months ago. Have had passport for a while but different times lately have been unable to use the tickets I purchased since the feature is down on the app. They tried to charge me for my membership this month and unfortunately the card is no longer valid they have on file. I can't change the card on file since again that feature isn't available, so they canceled my membership and I lost my credits.

Illogical Even when you set your theater location it shows other surrounding CMX theaters when looking at movie times, and never once does it say what city, only the fancy name that only employees would know. I thought I was buying tickets for a 5oclock showing at "CMX Bistro" because "CMX Fall chase" only had a showing a few hours later. I assumed it was a screen that served food? No - it was a movie theater a few hours away. Then when we get to the theater they don't refund me - "Go online"
