I love the idea of this app. I have dysautonomia and wanted to try coherent breathing. The pulse monitor that you put your finger on is horribly inaccurate. It caused anxiety until I used my real one at the same time. And because it is inaccurate the charts are inaccurate. It's a shame. This would have been a sweet little app if you could visibly see how your breathing is regulating your system.

The free app is great. The 2 stars are for the heart monitor. It is very inaccurate, showing heartbeat rates varying by up to 40 beats in a single three-minute session. It is sometimes able to get my true heartbeat (as I calculate it myself while the app is running) but only for 10–20 seconds at a time. I am not moving my finger or anything. I obviously regret buying the upgrade. Otherwise, the app does what it says and has a nice layout, sound, and vibration.
