Pickup time was 4:30. After a 10-minute wait, I decided to call the call center and asked whether it was normal that waiting time was that long. The operator said yes and replied that the taxi would come in 9 minutes, which is 4:50, thus 20 minutes later than the pickup time. Meanwhile, it's 4:57, and I am a solo woman waiting on the streets in the middle of the night. First metro that takes me home is at 5:15. Might as well take public transport. Collecto is useless. I will never use it again.

I had to wait for 40 mins. For my ride. I then called the customer care, and
she said that the driver didn't even see me. I asked her to give me the
driver's no. But she didn't even have the contact of the driver. The rider
and the driver can't even contact each other. Very poor service. Why do you
even verify my mobile no. if the driver can't call/message me? Advice: Take
the cab/taxi. Don't rely on Collecto

I can't connect cause it says that there has been an error each time I try to confirm my phone number. It worked once, luckily, but after that, when I've put all my personal information, it always says to verify my information (= not ok). I tried to use the app when I'm not logged in, and I can't search an adress and the stops near to it. These two things are very annoying and decrease the user experience.

I downloaded the app and when try to use it can only choose 3 possible pickup times (23,23:30,00). Is it a bug or am I the only one with that problem? Samsung Galaxy S7.
