★★☆☆☆ The entire system is a scam. They charge what they feel like whenever they want and if you have proof in their own system they just threaten you with collections. The last bill we had before moving was over $100 for 0 gas used. The bill reads like it's 50+$ for a missed bill and 40+$ added as an adjustment. Why? Nobody knows. Best answer I got is it's a missed bill from 4 months previous which it shows I paid in their own system. Then $15 for the 0 gas used that moving month. Scams.

★★☆☆☆ Update 1/4/25 - app still broken. No response from developer App is not usable for balanced billing. Has been reported to customer service twice by me, yet still is broken. My balanced monthly payment is $177, but I get an error when trying to pay through the app saying that I cannot over pay by more than $500. Paying the normal amount on the direct website works every time. Update: I've sent the required info, and never heard back at all from the app see developer....
