I can't plan my route anymore, and the buses don't show up on the route map. It is now a useless app and I used to love it

Doesn't tell you in detail about the detour's like we need and for heaven’s sake please someone do something about the buses they are always LATE and even sometimes they just don't show at all even when in the app it says they should have been running! COTA is just down right horrible anymore & don't get me started on the drivers they just look at you and ride on by or there are some who don't even know their route & 1 even kept the bus rolling as I was getting off the bus almost made me fall!
