★★★★★ Best taxi in Aberdeen. Friendly and helpful drivers, never had any issues with them.

★★☆☆☆ Accepts the booking for a certain time and does not notify even 10 mins before the booked time that there is no available taxis even tho it's been booked an hour prior been late for work twice now, horrible service

★★☆☆☆ Very poor service. Used the online booking, prebooked for the next day, phoned to confirm. Taxi didn't arrive. 20 minutes after booked time I got a message that they were looking for a driver. Then a message to cancel which meant a long awaited GP appointment missed & important meds not picked up. Thoroughly disappointed with the lack of service, lack of communication and would not recommend Com cabs to anyone. I will never use this again.

★★☆☆☆ Not easy to book online. You set your pickup point, and it sends the driver somewhere else
