Yep it's great if you're reordering supplies that you currently use. However, if your needs have changed, and you need new supplies of a different kind. You have to contact the company in order to change that. You can only reorder what you have already ordered.

Finally, got my orders from the doctor so that I'm able to order the proper number of supplies for 90 days. It was a difficult process, but it's done. Some of the staff didn't understand why I needed so many supplies. I am a 59-year-old woman with a long term colostomy. I absolutely cannot do without my supplies! Telling me that I had used up my supplies and I had to wait 10 days to reorder was not acceptable when I had 4 flanges left. It was an emotional/difficult time for me.

I requested to reorder supplies and when I called after not receiving my shipment for a few weeks they told me my order was scheduled for several months out. Then proceeded to tell me they fixed it, so it would go out soon. The order has still not gone out and when I try to call them I am hung up on. In need a new provider.

I had to stop using because this company doesn't listen. I told them on several occasions how to bill my insurance, but they don't do it correctly, so I tell them how again, and they continue to bill me, but then they send me a notification it's time to reorder, so I do, and then they don't send it because the last bill is still outstanding, so I have to go over it again, and I just got tired of repeating myself, and you would think that this wouldn't happen since this is their job, duh!
