The online experience has been terrible. Both the app and the website are ridiculous. I've spent my entire lunch hour getting logged in. Had to reset the password, and it sends me text messages and emails over and over and over again. I think I finally got in after about 45 minutes of being jerked around. I am very tempted to close my account and seek other services. The only reason why I put up was it at all is my credit reading has improved since I've used this prepaid card

App is defective. It won't work if connected to external monitors. There's nothing in the app permissions that restrict its usage to only the phone's built in screen. Absent permissions in Android settings, this app isn't authorized by the user to make decisions as to what kind of displays it will work on. PERMISSIONS EXIST FOR A REASON-THE USER MAKES THOSE DECISIONS, NOT THE APP DEV. EVEN THE APP DESCRIPTION IS DECEPTIVE-"ALLOWS BANKING ON THE GO"?!? NO-it allows banking on permitted screens.

Been an excellent app until recently, it no longer allows me to mobile deposit, even though the pictures are perfectly clear and legible. I called a branch, and they said there are no issues with the mobile deposit feature.

I hate how hard it is to log in every time. You guys make the password stuff too hard for people to remember. Think of your grandma. She's confused. Now think of your Spanish Aunt who lives in Cozumel, MX right off the Yucatan. If she's an immigrant, she's confused.
