Updated - this version 2++ is just fine. Only one feature is necessary- if you can't prolonged you trip and can't back in time it is good if app could inform nect customer and to propose him the other car.

The app works great for the fleet here in Edmonton. Accurate map locations of cars, easy to book, and recent updates to allow you to report dirty or damaged vehicles in the app make it even more helpful.

The worst thing you can do is take communauto flex. I haven't had a single nice experience with them. First time, I didn't find the keys in the car. Couldn't take the car. Waited for 45 mns on the phone with customer service. Then they asked me to find another one, something that's impossible in the weekend. Next day I found one, booked it. Walked 15 mns to get to it. I can't find it. It's not there.I cancel and look again, not on the app. It's a waste of time and energy

When things are good, they're good, but when they're bad, they're REALLY bad. The biggest flaw is that you don't know if the car you reserved is at its station until you show up... and it's not there. Now what? You cancel your plans? Guess so. Would be so easy if Communauto notified us 10 minutes before our reservation that it's at risk of not being there (all cars are tracked by GPS, so it's very doable). Service staff on the phone don't care to hear it either.
