Edit: I worked with support who patiently stayed in touch and worked with their devs to provide an update that fixed the issue. Original review below. This thing is a battery hog! If left unwatched, my battery will drop 30% in a few hours. I can see all the usage is this app from Android's battery monitoring. I'm stuck force killing it after anytime I open it, and I'm still not sure if it won't try to grab background access. This is even with battery usage set to restricted. Pixel 8

It's 2024... Android is the most popular phone OS, and yet this app is dearth of features. No android widget. I can only assume "device control" feature was also removed as it's no longer available. Under "explore the app" it still references android widget. It's painful to scroll through all your apps just so you can open the gate for yourself or someone else. And why not have this app and the MyQ garage door app one and the same? If I could convince our HOA to move to another vendor I would.

Occasionally, the app would randomly kick me out of my community, leaving me unable to enter my apartment garage. This has happened a few times late at night when I can't just follow someone in, and I have to wait until the app decides to work again to enter the apartment garage. Other than that, the app itself is serviceable.
