Huge leaps better than the previous app, and this was slow in the beginning, but it's been addressed and now just as fast as the extremely large baking apps I use and this has even more functionality.

Overall it's good. I just don't like how sometimes I'll need to do a two-step verification when I already have my biometric login setup. The two-step codes are always long and tedious to remember.

Super slow, I'm sick of the 4 squares! What happened to the financial dashboard, budget, ECT you used to be able to see your debt by attaching loans and helped you keep track, it's gone. Transfer used to be easy boom one-step money was transferred now it's 3 or 4 steps. Why does pending payments look like deposits? I live out of state I do all my banking through the app. The other day I was shopping needed to transfer money. It made me reauthorize my phone, so I could use the app.

I've been a member of this bank for 30 years but their IT implementation is horrible. This app is not good. It does not remember usernames for login. The 2fa is unwieldy because it doesn't allow to paste code into login, and it's literally the only 2fa in all my apps that is an impossible to remember 8 digits. CFCU is a good bank with a terrible IT platform both app and website. It's a solid place to bank but when it comes to IT I don't think they'll ever get it "Wright."

The new app is awful. It is super slow and glitchy. Check deposit takes multiple tries before it works (it times out). It won't let me download statements or if it do, they are in a format that won't open. It no longer shows interest paid in the Visa portion, so I don't have a full picture of my account. I'm forced to go to the website if I want to see account statements and Visa statements. This is unacceptable. The previous app was MUCH better. Please fix these problems.
