Can see where my bus is, how long the wait is, and where I'm currently located. I use this app a lot, and it's great and easy to use!

Why doesn't the app work sometimes? When the app works on my phone it's great. I'm watching the route tracker screen every ride, so I'm not waiting early at my Nibley home stop which the bus can be 10 min late at times. I also use the route page to plan which 2nd green/blue loop or other city routes can give the best connection for the destination I'm going to. I set favorites for main stops, so the app can tell me eta arrival times for the bus. Helps plan rides as efficient as possible.

This app is often slow to update with new times for the Green Loop. It will say that the next bus is scheduled to arrive in thirty minutes, and then ten minutes later it will say the bus will arrive in four minutes. This inconsistency is very inconvenient especially during the winter when waiting outside for unpredictable buses is the alternative.

Basically unusable, only loads about half the time, and when it does the route times are often very inconsistent. Will jump from "arriving in 5 minutes" to "arriving in 1 minute" and then you've missed it. Bus routes are incredibly inconsistent, and as a result this app is only useful about 15 minutes before the bus is supposed to come.
