Really nice app. User-friendly indeed. There are 2 issues that prevent me giving 5 stars. 1) When a notification is received it should name the panel given by the user not the panel number. Sometimes there are multiple panels on the app, so one must now try and remember the panel number. 2) Open zones are shown as troubles. It confuses the user. It should rather be separate and shown as open zones. The app responds very well and is fast. Nice work except the 2 issues. EDIT: The issues above sorte

A little bit frustrating that there isn't a way to arm with no entry delay (*9 on DSC). The quick arm actions should be an editable section, based on user's preference. Or there has to be a list with more actions. I cannot understand how the night arm -a relatively new functionality- is more important that an older one. Otherwise, the app is clean and straight forward. Another helpful functionality that the app should have is a timestamp on the sensors' list indicating the time the sensor closed

Why is there no information anywhere that Connect Alarm does not work in North America? I proposed to my clients and I looked like an idiot, only from tech support I found out that the app does not work in the US. After thirty years of installing DSC Systems, I am looking for another system that takes its installers seriously.

Am frustrated as the is nationwide power cuts in the country, unable to arm the house remotely as communication trouble between the panel and connect Alarm service provider. Panel always reports "Ethernet trb alternative communication." It means I paid for a service I am not enjoying 24-7. Need a manual solution to connecting panel to the connect Alarm server instead of waiting on it to go online
