Easy to use app enabling me to pay, communicate with the Credit Union, and accomplish many other things.

I waited a while to rate the app. It is easy to use and set up payments. I did need to call to figure out how to change my reoccurring payments because the first time we set it up apparently it was paying late each month with a charge, and you can't see the payment breakdown from the app, so it took a long time for ne to notice the charge. If it updates to when you click on a payment you can see the breakdown (fee charge, principal, interest) like you can on the web it would be great.

The connexus app used to work great but right now, after the last updates it works super wonky, often freezes, often won't sign in, I had to go to the website on a browser to make my instead of through the App like I normally do. I will bring the rating back up to 5 stars once the app starts working smoothly again.

Your app sucks dill pickles. It won't let me pay bill online. The app says we're sorry we don't recognize you, or you don't have an account with us. That's so funny cuz I've been paying on our camper since September. Sooooo since I can't pay online, I'm stuck paying it over the phone and paying their service fee.

When you try to reset "forgot" password or user ID, it asks fos social and member ID as well as date of birth. No one just knows their member ID. App reverted to typing it all in instead of the biometric. I also have "remember me" checked, and the username is also blank
