★★★★★ Fantastic app would definitely recommend to anyone. The daily challenges really help practice staying mindful throughout the day.

★★★★★ I really like the concept. Each day you are presented with a simple task. Something to think about throught the day. At night you input the #of time you thought about it. You are then prompted to journal about your experience. There is also a widget that you may place on your home screen to keep it accessible. For those that are beginning to practice mindfulness, this is an excellent app! My favorite part is that it tells you how many people a have excepted the challenge. So everyday you know there are few hundred people all over the world that are thinking about the same thing you are. Hopefully it will be millions one day. The only criticism is the aesthetic of the app. It looks very basic. I believe they could make it more visually appealing.

★★☆☆☆ I haven't been able to use this app because of the problem described by another review here - daily challenges won't sync. I've emailed the developers so I hope they'll be able to fix this.

★★☆☆☆ I love the idea, but the app is unusable because it refuses to sync! I went to the website listed where the daily challenge is and the website doesn't exist.

★★☆☆☆ It was good but it's now been abandoned it seems. Has not had any challenges for a couple of months now it just tells you there are no challenges so useless. Unfortunately uninstalling for now. Disappointing as I liked the daily thoughts it was nice to do and had some good days.
