What is even the point of waiting in line for hours to get an appointment, only to be told BEFORE the appointment by a nurse that you need to go see a Doctor. All I needed were antibiotics but sure, thanks for proving this app is useless. Even the Doctor I went to see told me that this could have easily been solved by Consult+ if they had really wanted to or tried. Useless.

The app is good, but it keeps steering you to the emergency room. Like in a normal clinic, first you talk to a nurse. Then, maye you talk to a doctor. If they don't decide that you should go to a clinic. Rather, go to the clinic.

You have the worst customer service ever! You wait more than 100 min to speak to a customer service just so she will transfer you to a nurse just so she will tell you that you need to open another session if you need to have consulted about your kid. I find it stupid and lack of vision and planning ahead when you cannot share the same session to get consultation about your dependents. If your waiting time was 2-5 min, for sure. But when its 100-120 min to get a nurse that's ridiculous. Only reason I am using your app is because of my company's health benefits. Otherwise I would have ditched you guys.
