Half of the time when I open the app I am redirected to the company's website. I have selected the "keep me logged in" box multiple times, yet I have to log into the app without fail every time I use it. For some reason I can't set up auto-pay through the app which has been annoying, ultimately it's just inconvenient an inefficient, and sometimes I feel like I'm better calling to pay my bill rather than go through the headache of using an app that only half works

Give you the option to put in your address and info, but it only works if you give it your account no. Now I have to jump on the website and make up a password, so I can find my account no. This app is trash

Consumers are charging me more than I'm using. You are prorating my bill not even checking the meter.

It can never remember my login or email address I have one email, and it always says it's invalid, so I can't reset anything because it needs my email address to reset the login. It's just easier to pay online as a guest every time, don't bother using this app.
