Worst food delivery app. Users beware!!!. To describe my own experience I ordered few dishes for dinner I placed order by 7.50 pm and delivery slot was 10 pm. Unfortunately the app did not allow cash on delivery it asks for prepaid. I was waiting with hunger for the food by 10 pm to my surprise I find food still not prepared. The customer service team is reachable only by chat and mail no voice support. They simply said sorry order could not be delivered no refund 360 rs taken by company

Please everyone doesn't use this app. The location is not accurate. The built of the app is very, very bad. It is asking to type the delivery address, I did. But when it is delivering it is taking the location where I ordered from. What a rubbish knowledge this has. I paid extra 100 rupees to the delivery agent to deliver to my location from the location where I ordered. Customer care Support people are saying to pay extra amount so that they will deliver. It is a prepaid order so I have no option

This app don't hav delivery guys. Since the order was delayed frequently, had done inquiry. Came to know, they just need money. The discounts shown are deducted from home cooks. The cooks are not getting paid properly. Now the cooks have lodged complaint against them. Even though the food is prepared, their delivery guys will go for collecting after two hrs. Pathetic brokers with no sense in quality and zero capacity for management.
