★★★★★ I was a bit skeptical of the overall bad reviews, but I had a good experience. The registration process needs to be improved, as it doesn't alert you in a clear way that you must add immediately an avatar picture and payment method otherwise you can't book a car. Phone contact is not 24h on. The booking and driving was flawless, so easy and practical. The app worked great booking, opening and closing the car. Car seemed brand new and everything was clean and ready. Overall very good experience!

★★☆☆☆ Unreliable service. No support center. Your calls will never be answered. The invoice makes no sense. I got 3 invoices a single trip. The car was shaking like anything maybe bcz of bad tires etc. Second time the car was in front of me but not appearing on the map. Then there was no barcode to scan.

★★☆☆☆ This app is terrible! It doesn't allow you to book a car. It has a bug that makes it stop working the moment you try to reserve the car. The bug has been there for months, and it is not fixed yet. The costumer service is not helpful at all since they have no idea what can be done in situations like this. Don't waste your time on it!
